Hi,
My name is Sergiu, I live in Romania and own an Astra H GTC.
I found your forum very helpful. Helped by google translate J I`ve started my own project for my car.
For the start, I’ve:
1x Raspberry pi 3
1x 32Gb Samsung Card
1x Display 7 Inch
1x Frame for Astra H , 7 inch , made with 3D printer
On the way :  usb gps module BU353S4 , acrylic case with cooling fan.
 The next on my list is for finding a power supply which to start and shutdown the Raspi safety.

Today I installed in the car , raspi with cw2 pius with battery recharges (3.7 V ,2600 mAp) , and i have noticed when i stop the car, the raspi and the touch screen is shutting down immediately, if i remove the touch screen the raspi is shutting down ordinary. Is any script or something else to shutting down the screen before the raspi ?

I need to think a new method to cooling down the rpi, for now i have a fan 5v attach to rpi and i use the script from https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3514...-control/6 , user FLOP but  rpi is not execute the code at boot Fourth step.The Fan is running only by putty command.

I think to put a 12 V Fan in my car, in the red square from the image, and when i started the car the fan start running.

I use for now :

Cw 2 Pi ups+
7 inch Touch screen
Acrylic Case with cooling fan
Samsung 2600 mAh rechargeable battery
Audio noise filter

Unfortunately the cw2 pi ups+ was broken, I shipped the item back and I received my money back. Now I need to find another solution to supply power to rpi in my car.
