Hello. I'm a new user from Italy, unfortunately i can't speak German. First of all, congratulation to your forum and this fantastic project!

I'm experimenting a Car PC with Raspberry PI 2 with HifiBerry Digi+, routing audio signal to an external DSP using Toslink digital audio connection.

I tried OpenElec 5.0.8 for first and enabled the hifiberry soundcard by editing config.txt with these lines:

dtoverlay=hifiberry-digi
dtdebug=1

With these i can successfully find the soundcard into settings and it plays flawlessly.

Next i tried your CarPC image '2015-08-06_CarPi_CB_RPi2' but, even using same settings as described, it doesn't seem to recognize the sound card into audio settings.

Any advices?
